# ALLEGRO CULTURE has met the conditions for resumption of trading on the Stock Exchange, and its shares will resume trading

ALLEGRO CULTURE (00550.HK) announced that the company has met the resumption conditions set by the Stock Exchange, which mainly include: conducting appropriate independent forensic investigations on various audit matters, assessing the impact on business operations and financial condition, publishing the investigation results and taking appropriate remedial measures; disclosing all undisclosed financial performance and addressing any audit revisions; and conducting an independent internal control review to demonstrate that the company has established sufficient internal controls and procedures to comply with the listing rules.

The company's shares have been suspended from trading since April 2, 2024, and have applied to resume trading on Monday (1st)
