Here’s what you need to know. Salesforce beat analysts’ revenue expectations by 1% last quarter, reporting revenues of $10.24 billion, up 9.8% year on year. This quarter, analysts are expecting Salesforce’s revenue to grow 8.8% year on year to $10.28 billion, in line with the 8.3% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $2.86 per share. Analysts covering the company have generally reconfirmed their estimates over the last 30 days, suggesting they anticipate the business to stay the course heading into earnings. Salesforce has missed Wall Street’s revenue estimates twice over the last two years. Looking at Salesforce’s peers in the sales software segment, some have already reported their Q3 results, giving us a hint as to what we can expect. Freshworks delivered year-on-year revenue growth of 15.3%, beating analysts’ expectations by 3%, and ZoomInfo reported revenues up 4.7%, topping estimates by 4.7%.
