# NORTH MINING sells chemical trading subsidiary, estimated revenue of 800 million yuan

NORTH MINING (00433.HK) announced the sale of its subsidiary engaged in the trading of chemicals and aluminum metals - Jiulong Investment (Shanghai) - to an independent third party for a cash consideration of HKD 1 million. The estimated proceeds from the sale are approximately HKD 801 million. Upon completion, the group's only remaining major business will be mining operations
