# Shanghai Futures Exchange: Adjusting the margin ratio and price limit range for silver futures contracts

The Shanghai Futures Exchange announced that starting from the settlement at the close on December 12, 2025 (Friday), the trading margin ratio and the price fluctuation limits will be adjusted as follows: the price fluctuation limit for the silver futures AG2602 contract will be adjusted to 15%, the margin ratio for hedging positions will be adjusted to 16%, and the margin ratio for general positions will be adjusted to 17%
