SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I PLC and SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II PLC ("the Companies") announces the results of their 2025 Annual General Meetings ("AGMs") held at the offices of Matsack Trust Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 10 December 2025 at 3:00 pm and and 3:15 pm respectively (Irish time). All resolutions, as set out in the shareholder circulars dated 7 November 2025, were duly passed.
