# Oracle bond trading is akin to junk bonds, as its bond and CDS spreads have soared

After the company announced its quarterly financial report earlier this week, losses further widened. According to an analysis by Bloomberg News, investors who purchased USD 18 billion of high-grade bonds issued by Oracle in September last year currently face a total paper loss of approximately USD 1.35 billion.
