# YUEXIU PROPERTY's contract sales in November fell by 49%, achieving 81% of the target for the first eleven months

YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) announced that in November, the contract sales amount (including joint venture projects) was approximately RMB 5.115 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 49%; the contract sales area was 184,100 square meters, a decrease of 45%.

In the first eleven months, the cumulative contract sales amount was RMB 97.218 billion, a decrease of 3.8%, involving a sales area of 2.5049 million square meters, a decrease of 27%. The cumulative contract sales amount accounted for approximately 80.7% of the 2025 contract sales target of RMB 120.5 billion
