(NYSE: NTZ) (“Natuzzi” or the “Company”) will disclose its unaudited **2025 third quarter and first nine months** financial information **tomorrow**, **Tuesday December 16, 2025**, after the closing of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company will host a conference call on **Wednesday, December 17, 2025,** at **10:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern time** (4.00 p.m. Italy time) to discuss financial information.
