# iRobot 申請破產兼被私有化 盤前股價瀉逾 70%

掃地機械人 Roomba 製造商 iRobot(IRBT.US) 申請破產保護，並表示在被其主要製造商 Picea Robotics 收購後將私有化。該股週一盤前股價瀉 71%。

根據 iRobot 的破產計劃，Picea 將獲得該公司 100% 的股權，並取消 2023 年剩餘的 1.9 億美元貸款，以及 iRobot 根據兩家公司的製造協議欠 Picea 的 7,400 萬美元債務。
