# BMO Retains North American Construction Group's Outperform Rating, C$25 Price Target

11:27 AM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BMO Capital Markets on Friday maintained North American Construction Group's ( NOA ) outperform rating and C$25 price target.

The company recently announced the acquisition of Iron Mine Contracting (IMC), a Western Australia-based mining services contractor, for $115 million.

BMO said NOA's expanded presence into Australia is positive for the company but believes that its 2026 guidance implies slightly lower oil sands work next year.

"That said, the company holds strong tailwinds across Australia, while potential expansion opportunities into infrastructure, minerals and defense in North America appear to be picking up," BMO said.

NOA traded at $18.32 per share at last look on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
