長實 (01113.HK) 旗下中半山波老道超級豪宅 21 BORRETT ROAD 日前上載新銷售安排，於下週一 (29 日) 起招標發售項目 5 樓 7 室，單位面積 2,316 方尺，屬四房間隔，招標期至明年 1 月 9 日。

另外，五礦地產 (00230.HK) 旗下油塘蔚藍東岸亦加推 5 夥海景大户，屬三房一套連儲物室問隔，面積由 832 至 845 方尺，於週五 (26 日) 起至下週三 (31 日) 期間每日招標形式發售。項目本月至今售出 14 夥，套現逾 1.5 億；自開售以來累計售出 506 夥，總銷售金額突破 47 億。
