# 洪九果品下週二除牌

> 洪九果品將於下週二 (30 日) 上午 9 時起被聯交所除牌。該公司未能在限期前復牌，導致上市委員會決定取消其上市地位。洪九果品曾申請覆核，但上市覆核委員維持除牌決定。

聯交所宣佈，由下週二 (30 日) 上午 9 時起，洪九果品 (06689.HK) 的 H 股上市地位將根據《上市規則》第 6.01A(1) 條予以取消。

聯交所指出，該公司的 H 股自 2024 年 3 月 20 日起已暫停買賣，根據《上市規則》第 6.01A(1) 條，若該公司未能於今年 9 月 19 日或之前復牌，聯交所有權將該公司除牌。由於洪九果品未能於限期前履行聯交所訂下的復牌指引而復牌，上市委員會於今年 10 月 3 日決定取消其上市地位。洪九果品曾提出申請覆核上市委員會的決定，但上市覆核委員已於本月 15 日維持該除牌決定。
