# Alibaba's Office App DingTalk Launches Over 20 New AI Products Amid Rising Competition

(Yicai) Dec. 24 -- Alibaba Group Holding's workplace messaging app DingTalk has released more than 20 artificial intelligence products, including what it calls "the world's first work-dedicated intelligent operating system built for AI," in response to intensifying competition.

AgentOS' core function is to operate and coordinate AI agents while building an open AI ecosystem, Chen Hang, founder and chief executive of DingTalk, said at a product launch event yesterday. The aim is to bring more industry players into the app's industry models, AI hardware market, and model context protocol ecosystem, he added.

All of DingTalk AI agents will be built and operated based on AgentOS in the future, Chen stressed.

In addition, the enterprise-level dedicated AI hardware DingTalk Real is "a new integrated hardware and software enterprise product that we have developed with our clients over the past four months," Chen pointed out. It is a new terminal for the firm's AI agents, aimed at enabling them to autonomously connect and interact with the physical world, he added.

The operation of AI agents will remain within corresponding boundaries through real identity authentication, intranet data connection, and real-time data monitoring capabilities of DingTalk Real, ensuring that humans maintain control over the system, Chen said.

DingTalk also upgraded AI Sheets into an application creation platform for the AI era with the launch of the new batch of products, Chen noted. "The essence of AI Sheets is to enable AI to understand data and accomplish many unimaginable tasks during form creation."
