# Shenzhen Technology University Semiconductor Micro-Nano Processing Center completed, creating a support platform for the compound semiconductor optoelectronic industry in the Greater Bay Area

On December 25th, the Semiconductor Micro-Nano Processing Center and Testing Platform of Shenzhen Technology University was officially completed. As the first public service platform in Shenzhen focusing on the field of compound semiconductor optoelectronics, the platform fills the gap in the semiconductor chip fields of "optical information" and "intelligent sensing" in Shenzhen, providing key support for the high-quality development of the semiconductor industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of application research-oriented talents at Shenzhen Technology University
