Shangda announced that its shareholder, Guotou Mining Investment Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.5 million shares through centralized bidding within three months, accounting for 0.94% of the company's total share capital; from December 25, 2025, to December 26, 2025, it has reduced its holdings by 3 million shares, accounting for 0.81%, and the shareholding ratio has decreased from 13.45% to 12.64%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%
