# 易生活控股已符合復牌指引  週一恢復買賣

> 易生活控股宣佈已符合復牌指引，包括髮布未公佈的財務業績、進行獨立調查、評估對公司業務的影響、證明符合上市規則等。公司股份自 2024 年 12 月 2 日起停牌，已申請於週一 (29 日) 恢復買賣。

易生活控股 (00223.HK) 公佈，公司已符合復牌指引，主要包括刊發所有尚未公佈之財務業績並處理任何審計修改；就 2024 年中期有關若干經營附屬之問題進行獨立調查，評估對公司業務營運及財務狀況之影響，公佈調查結果，並採取適當補救行動；證明公司遵守上市規則第 13.24 條，即有足夠的業務運作或擁有相當價值的有形資產或無形資產；及向市場通報所有重大資料等。

公司股份自 2024 年 12 月 2 日起停牌，已申請週一 (29 日) 恢復買賣。
