# BMW China has lowered the suggested retail prices of multiple models starting from January 1 this year, with reductions generally exceeding 10%

According to domestic media reports, BMW China has lowered the suggested retail prices of several key models starting from January 1 this year. The models involved include flagship and entry-level vehicles, with price reductions generally exceeding 10%, and some models seeing reductions of more than 300,000 RMB.

The flagship model i7 M70L has had its suggested retail price reduced from 1.899 million RMB to 1.598 million RMB, a decrease of 16%. The model with the highest reduction is the BMW iX1 eDrive25L, with its suggested retail price dropping from 299,900 RMB to 228,000 RMB, a reduction of 24%. The gasoline version of the X1 also saw a simultaneous price cut of 18%. For BMW's executive sedan 7 Series, the suggested retail prices for the entry-level 735Li and the 740Li Leading Edition have both been reduced by 12%.

BMW stated that this price adjustment is a "systematic value upgrade," aiming to lower the purchase threshold, enhance brand affinity, and improve market competitiveness through price reductions
