# 2025 年險資舉牌超 30 次再創新高，銀行 H 股成 “重倉區”

> 截至 2025 年末，中國險資年內舉牌次數超過 30 次，創下新高。2021 年至 2023 年，舉牌次數均為個位數，2024 年回升至 20 次。金融股仍是險資舉牌的核心方向，15 次舉牌涉及金融類上市公司，主要集中於 H 股。同時，水務、電力、環保和新能源等公用事業資產也受到關注，因其現金流穩定、分紅預期明確、估值較低。

根據中國保險行業協會信息披露系統披露，截至 2025 年末，險資年內舉牌次數已超過 30 次，較此前幾年顯著增加，頻次創下近年新高。2021 年至 2023 年，險資每年的舉牌次數均為個位數，2024 年則回升至 20 次。  
從行業分佈看，金融股仍是險資舉牌的絕對核心方向。年內共有 15 次險資舉牌涉及金融類上市公司，且多集中於 H 股標的。同時，水務、電力、環保、新能源等公用事業或準公用事業資產也頻繁進入險資配置視野。這些標的普遍具備現金流相對穩定、分紅預期明確、估值中樞較低等特徵。（澎湃）
