# 小鵬跌逾 4%  傳副總裁陳永海已離職

> 小鵬汽車副總裁陳永海已於 2025 年 12 月離職，職務由總裁王鳳英接替。今日股價低開 1.3%，一度跌 4.3%，現報 76.95 元，跌幅 4.2%。陳永海於 2010 年加入 UC，曾任職於 360 和高德地圖，2022 年加入小鵬。王鳳英曾在長城汽車任職多年，2023 年 1 月起擔任小鵬總裁，負責產品規劃和銷售。

市傳小鵬 (09868.HK) 產品運營中心副總裁陳永海已於 2025 年 12 月離職，其職務暫由總裁王鳳英接替。小鵬今日 (5 日) 低開 1.3% 報 79.3 元，早段曾跌 4.3% 至低見 76.9 元。現報 76.95 元，跌 4.2%，成交 681.21 萬股，涉資 5.27 億元。

資料顯示，陳永海於 2010 年加入何小鵬創立的 UC 並擔任產品主管一職；後又曾在 360、高德地圖任職，並於 2022 年 1 月加入小鵬汽車。

目前，小鵬官網和陳永海的微博認證依然還是小鵬汽車副總裁。王鳳英曾在長城汽車 (02333.HK) 任職多年，其於 2022 年 7 月卸任長城汽車總裁職務，2023 年 1 月起進入小鵬並擔任總裁，負責產品規劃和銷售業務。
