# Pouring cold water on the hot SanDisk and NAND, Jeffries: The market underestimates Yangtze Memory Technologies

Jefferies' Conor holds a pessimistic view on SanDisk. He believes that as Yangtze Memory Technologies actively expands, while client solid-state drive (SSD) specifications continue to decline, he remains concerned about the outlook for NAND flash memory. He also stated that many European SanDisk optimists he has encountered underestimate Yangtze Memory Technologies' current market share and how small the gap in technology is compared to SanDisk.
