# OTIC: Received notice of the review center's opinion on the issuance of stocks to specific objects

OTIC announced that on January 7, 2026, the company received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center regarding the "Review Center's Opinion on the Application of Ningxia OTIC Co., Ltd. for Issuing Stocks to Specific Objects." The Shenzhen Stock Exchange reviewed and determined that the company meets the requirements for issuance, listing, and information disclosure, and will subsequently report to the China Securities Regulatory Commission to carry out the registration process. The company needs to ensure proper information disclosure, submitting the fundraising prospectus within 5 working days and supplementary materials for the sponsorship work within 10 working days. This issuance still requires approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the registration decision, and its success is uncertain
