# R&F PROPERTIES: As of the end of November 2025, the total overdue debt amounts to approximately 38.7 billion yuan

Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. issued an announcement regarding overdue debts. The announcement shows that as of November 30, 2025, the overdue principal balance of R&F Properties is approximately RMB 9.769 billion for corporate credit bonds, RMB 16.043 billion for bank loans, RMB 5.414 billion for trusts and financing leasing companies, and RMB 7.499 billion for other interest-bearing debts, totaling approximately RMB 38.725 billion
