The actress called her mum the “life of the party”, adding that all her salon clients “were obsessed with \[her\]”. She just believed that I was going to make it happen. I do attribute that confidence and love for myself to her completely,” Myha’la shared.\\n\\nAfter studying theatre at Carnegie Mellon University, Myha’la started auditioning for stage roles, but found screen acting to be more suited to her career aspirations. She set out to audition for TV shows and landed the role of Harper Stern in Industry. The 29-year-old has since appeared in films like Bodies Bodies Bodies (2022) and Leave the World Behind (2023), and was on an episode of Black Mirror.\\nHer relationship with Armando Rivera\\n\\nMyha’la met Armando Rivera in 2020 while going through her Instagram DMs to thank fans for their supportive messages after Industry first came out, she told W Magazine. He was studying journalism in college at the time and asked if he could interview her. She agreed, and the two hit it off. “We just kept finding reasons to talk,” she recalled fondly.
