# Hengguang Technology: Xiangjiang Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.99%

On January 14th, Jinshi Data reported that Hengguang Technology announced that its shareholder Xiangjiang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. currently holds 7,660,000 shares of the company, accounting for 6.95% of the company's total share capital. It plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.3 million shares, or no more than 2.99% of the company's current total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. If the company's stock undergoes ex-rights or ex-dividend events during the reduction period, the number of shares to be reduced will be adjusted accordingly
