# 美國大型銀行去年裁員 1 萬人 幅度創近十年新高

> 美國六大銀行去年裁員約 10,600 人，創近十年來新高，員工總數降至約 109 萬。這是自 2016 年以來的最大裁員幅度。

美國最大型銀行去年合計削減員工人數，幅度為近十年來最大。

摩根大通 (JPM.US)、美國銀行 (BAC.US)、花旗集團 (C.US)、富國銀行 (WFC.US)、高盛 (GS.US) 及摩根士丹利 (MS.US) 六大銀行，截至去年 12 月底合共有約 109 萬名員工，較一年前減少約 10,600 人，為 2021 年以來最低水平。

美國最大型銀行業上一次出現大規模裁員是在 2016 年，當時員工人數按年減少約 22,000 人。
