IVAR IKS is an inter-municipal company owned by 12 municipalities in theStavanger region, providing water, wastewater and waste management services toabout 370,000 inhabitants. Minorga Vekst draws on Grønn Vekst's organisation for management, operations,quality, and research and development, complemented by establishedsubcontractors in the region. Under the contract, Minorga Vekst will handlereception and quality control of garden waste, shredding and composting, andlogistics. Building on Grønn Vekst's existing infrastructure and supply chains, thebiosolids product will be used in agriculture and soil production, enablingtheestablishment of local peat-free bulk soil production in Rogaland under theGrønn Vekst brand. Annual volumes include about 12,000 tonnes of garden wasteand 10,000 tonnes of biosolids. Service delivery starts in January 2026 and runs for five years. IVAR IKSholdstwo unilateral extension options of two years each. Grønn Vekst's share of thetotal contract value, including options, is higher than NOK 100 million; whichCambi categorises as a "Large" contract.
