WeRide also announced that it had achieved driverless operations in Beijing, Guangzhou & Abu Dhabi. (OTC:TCEHY). WeChat currently has over a billion users. The integration, WeRide Go, will allow WeChat users to book Robotaxi rides in Guangzhou and Beijing. The Robotaxi company had announced earlier that it was partnering with **Uber Technologies Inc.** (NYSE:UBER) and Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to launch its Robotaxi rides in Dubai on the Uber app. ## Waymo's Ojai Robotaxi **Alphabet Inc.**\-backed (NASDAQ:GOOGL) (NASDAQ:GOOG) **Waymo** also unveiled its Robotaxi, built with Chinese automaker **Zeekr**, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026. The Robotaxi, dubbed "Ojai," sports a minivan-like design and features 3 cameras, 6 radar sensors, and 4 LiDAR sensors. This comes as Waymo has sought to raise more than $10 billion in funding at a $100 billion valuation. As of November 2025, Waymo's global Robotaxi fleet is over 2,500 vehicles, while the company is also eyeing an expansion into London this year. ## Tesla Robotaxi On the other hand, **Tesla Inc.** (NASDAQ:TSLA) failed to reach CEO **Elon Musk**'s target of having driverless Robotaxi operations by the end of last year in Austin, Texas.
