NEW YORK, Jan 16 (Reuters Breakingviews) - The Trump administration’s abduction of Nicolas Maduro makes clear its belligerent ambitions in the hemisphere. It threatens the fast-growing $515 bln of trade between Latin America and China. A stalled deal for control of ports along the Big Ditch may prove a new flashpoint.
