# HC CHEMICAL: Expected net profit in 2025 to decline by 88.64%-92.43% year-on-year

HC CHEMICAL announced that it expects a net profit of 6 million to 9 million yuan for the fiscal year 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 88.64% to 92.43%. In 2024, the company gained approximately 76 million yuan in non-recurring income from the transfer of the urea production capacity replacement target, while there was no such income during the reporting period, leading to a year-on-year decline in net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company. During the reporting period, the subsidiary Nansong Pharmaceutical worked hard to expand the market, control various period expenses, and strengthen cost reduction and efficiency improvement, resulting in a year-on-year increase in net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for the current year
