# 中煙國際拓展新地區煙葉出口業務

中煙國際 (06055.HK) 公佈，已與關連方中煙國際 (北美) 簽訂《煙葉類產品出口至新地區框架協議》，並修訂相關持續關連交易的年度上限，旨在配合公司拓展煙葉產品在新地區的出口業務。

公司擬上調截至 2026 年 12 月 31 日止年度及截至 2027 年 11 月 26 日止期間的相關交易年度上限。中煙國際 (北美) 為中國煙草總公司的附屬公司，而中國煙草總公司透過其全資附屬公司持有公司已發行股本約 72.29%，屬關連人士。公司表示，此次修訂源於煙葉類產品在非獨家經營地區的國際需求日益增加，以及公司持續推進出口業務規模擴張的策略。根據框架協議，公司向相關賣方採購煙葉產品，再轉售及出口至新地區市場。
