# Wanma Tech: 2.78 million shares held by shareholders with over 5% stake will be auctioned judicially

Wanma Tech announced that 2.78 million shares of the company held by 5% shareholder Yan Nan will be publicly auctioned on the "JD.com" online judicial auction platform from 16:00 on March 6, 2026, to 16:00 on March 7, 2026, accounting for 41.49% of his holdings and 2.07% of the company's total share capital, which are pledged shares and locked shares due to the departure of a director. If the auction is successful and the transfer is completed, Yan Nan's holdings will decrease from 6.7 million shares to 3.92 million shares, with the percentage dropping from 5% to 2.93%, thus no longer being a shareholder with over 5% ownership. Yan Nan is a non-controlling shareholder, and this auction will not affect the company's control and management, but there is uncertainty regarding the final completion of the auction
