# BLACK SESAME (2533) President Liu Weihong resigns, transferred from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director

According to a report from Economic News Agency on the 30th, BLACK SESAME (02533) announced that due to personal matters, Liu Weihong is unable to dedicate sufficient time to participate in the daily management of the company. Liu Weihong has been reassigned from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director and will no longer serve as the company's President, effective January 29, 2026. Following this reassignment, Liu Weihong will also serve as a company advisor, providing advice on the company's business operations. (nw)
