# Hangzhou land auction welcomes a "good start": Zhejiang private enterprises fiercely compete for land with a premium rate of nearly 20%

The first residential land auction in Hangzhou in 2026 concluded with great enthusiasm. Local real estate company Zhejiang Boce successfully acquired a premium plot in the Dongxin unit of Gongshu District for a total price of 877 million yuan after 30 rounds of intense bidding, with a transaction floor price of 33,515 yuan per square meter and a premium rate of 19.81%
