# "TANG PALACE" estimates a full-year loss of at least 55 million RMB

TANG PALACE (01181.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between RMB 55 million and RMB 60 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a loss of RMB 19 million in the previous year. The increase in loss is mainly due to a revenue decline of approximately 12%; impairment losses on properties, plants, equipment, and right-of-use assets estimated at RMB 5 million to RMB 10 million; and a fair value loss on financial assets expected to be RMB 18 million to RMB 20 million
