# Change of CEO at KUNLUN ENERGY

KUNLUN ENERGY (00135.HK) announced that Qian Zhijia has resigned from his positions as executive director and chief executive officer due to changes in work arrangements, effective January 30, 2026. At the same time, He Yongli has been appointed as executive director, chief executive officer, and authorized representative of the company under Listing Rule 3.05.

He Yongli is currently the deputy general manager and safety director of the company, as well as the general manager and safety director of the natural gas sales branch of PETROCHINA
