High thermal conductivity substrates have been supplied in bulk, and both technology and production capacity can meet user demands. The company's aluminum nitride multilayer thin and thick film products are experiencing rapid growth, with applications in high-frequency and high-speed optical modules, as well as in new scenarios such as AI intelligence and data centers
