# D-Wave Quantum (QBTS) Stock Slides as $275 Million SEC Filing Draws Attention

D-Wave Quantum Inc. (QBTS) recently filed a Form D with the SEC that disclosed the issuance of nearly $275 million worth of common stock. At first glance, the filing can look like a large capital raise. However, the document shows that this was not a financing event and did not bring new cash into the company.
