# Warner Bros. shareholders are reportedly set to vote on the Netflix deal in March

According to reports, Warner Bros. Discovery is likely to hold a shareholder vote in March regarding the $82.7 billion deal to sell its streaming and production assets to Netflix, as of the evening of February 2nd, Beijing time.

Warner Bros. Discovery did not immediately respond to a request for comment
