# Shangshang CEO Lin Yongde resigns, actively seeking a successor

Shanghai Commercial Bank announced that Chief Executive Officer Lam Wing Tak has resigned, effective immediately. The bank stated that the board of directors is in the process of identifying a successor for the CEO position and will make further announcements in due course. During the transition period, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Group Corporate Banking Director Chung Mang Ting has immediately assumed the responsibilities of the CEO.

## Orderly Transition of Management, No Impact on Operations

Shanghai Commercial Bank stated that the management transition is being conducted in an orderly manner and has no impact on the bank's daily operations, governance structure, or strategic priorities. The bank also expressed gratitude to Lam Wing Tak for his contributions and dedicated service during his tenure and wished him all the best in his future endeavors.
