# New AI sales platform ACTi addresses sales hiring crisis, launching on Feb 6 to help businesses overcome bottleneck. 80% of companies struggling to hire and retain top sales talent.

A new platform called Genesis Forge of Heroes is set to launch on Friday, February 6 at 2 p.m. ET during Sean Callagy's Marketing & Sales Process Mastery Live Immersion event in Paramus, N.J. This platform aims to address the issue of the sales hiring bottleneck hindering business growth. As companies find themselves in a dilemma of needing increased sales capacity but having to lay off numerous employees, this launch comes at a crucial time. Currently, 80 percent of companies are struggling with hiring and retaining top sales talent.
