BONJOUR HOLD (00653.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 108 million new shares to two independent third parties, equivalent to an enlarged share capital of 6.07%; the price per share is HKD 0.105, representing a discount of 17.32% compared to the closing price on the last trading day (6th). The total amount raised is HKD 11.4 million, with a net amount of HKD 11.3 million intended for general working capital
