# 佈局新消費，促進有效投資，中部六省加快構建增長新引擎

近日，地方兩會陸續召開，山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南等中部六省的 2026 年政府工作報告已全部出爐。根據六省的數據，2025 年中部地區 GDP 總量逼近 30 萬億元。其中，河南以 5.6% 的增速領跑中部，湖北、安徽、江西增速均超 5%。同時，安徽、河南的規上工業增加值同比分別增長 9.4% 和 8.4%，凸顯中部地區製造業底盤之穩。梳理中部省份 2026 年政府工作報告發現，“穩增長、擴內需” 成為各省今年的重點工作之一。依託地方資源稟賦及在新消費領域的洞察，中部省份在消費、投資兩端同步發力，打造中國經濟高質量發展的 “中部引擎”。（上證報）
