# Chegg Fiscal Q4 Net Loss, Revenue Declines

05:14 PM EST, 02/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Chegg ( CHGG ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net loss late Monday of $0.30 per diluted share, up from $0.06 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected loss of $0.30.

Net revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 declined to $72.7 million, from $143.5 million a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $71 million.

The company expects fiscal Q1 revenue of $60 million to $62 million.
