Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of

the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH:

Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on February 09, 2026 the Company sold 77 111 (seventy-seven

thousand one hundred and eleven) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the

Company, at a total value of EUR 146 594.04 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per

share was EUR 1.90.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 342 730 representing 2.29% of the

share capital of the Company.
