# Wing Tai Holdings' local real estate revenue increased, with net profit growth of 300% in the first half of the year | Lianhe Zaobao

Driven by a significant increase in real estate income in Singapore, Wing Tai Holdings reported a substantial growth in net profit for the first half of the fiscal year, rising from SGD 10.08 million in the same period of 2024 to SGD 40.35 million, an increase of 300%. Earnings per share rose from 1.32 cents a year ago to 5.28 cents.

Wing Tai Holdings released its performance for the half-year ending December 31, 2025, after the market closed on Tuesday (February 10). The group's revenue grew by 140% to SGD 270 million, supported by the gradually confirmed sales from the River Green and The LakeGarden Residences projects.

The group's net asset value per share reached SGD 3.91, an increase of 4.8% from SGD 3.73 at the end of June 2025. The group's net leverage ratio was 0.14 times, down from 0.29 times in the previous six months.
