The State Council Information Office will hold a press conference on February 12, 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM. Wang Changlin, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, Zhuang Shaoqin, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, Xia Linmao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, Xie Yuan, Vice Mayor of Tianjin, and Jin Hui, Vice Governor of Hebei Province will introduce the relevant information on the "Spatial Collaborative Planning of the Modern Capital Metropolitan Area (2023-2035)" and answer questions from reporters.
