In a note to clients, Komp highlighted Dick's Sporting Goods' dramatic revenue growth due to its expanding market share and sound execution by the company's management team. The Baird analyst also sees upside from Dick's Sporting Goods' $2.4 billion acquisition of Foot Locker. Komp called DKS stock a multi-year earnings powerhouse. "We are impressed by DICK'S productivity gains vs. pre-COVID levels and bullish on the multi-year Foot Locker recovery," he wrote. ## **Dick's Sporting Goods' Growth** Komp noted that Dick's Sporting Goods' revenue has risen 60% and earnings have increased 2.8 times since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. These changes reflect the company's growing scale, category health, and the popularity of the brands it sells. Komp concluded that there are many potential tailwinds that could push DKS stock higher in the near term.
