# Announcement - Regarding DREAMEAST Group Limited (in compulsory liquidation) (a company incorporated in Bermuda) (Stock Code: 593) Cancellation of Listing Status

**DREAMEAST GROUP LIMITED (In Compulsory Liquidation)**

**(Incorporated in Bermuda)**

**(Stock Code: 593)**

**Cancellation of Listing Status**

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (**the Exchange**) announces that, effective from 9:00 a.m. on January 27, 2026, the listing status of DREAMEAST GROUP LIMITED (In Compulsory Liquidation) (**the Company**) will be cancelled in accordance with Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.

The Exchange announces that, effective from 9:00 a.m. on January 27, 2026, the listing status of the Company will be cancelled in accordance with Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.

Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since March 11, 2024. According to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, if the Company fails to resume trading by September 10, 2025, the Exchange may delist the Company.

The Company failed to resume trading in accordance with the resumption guidance set by the Exchange by September 10, 2025. On September 26, 2025, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing status of the Company’s shares on the Exchange in accordance with Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.

On October 8, 2025, the Company applied to the Listing Review Committee for a review of the Listing Committee's decision. On December 15, 2025, the Listing Review Committee upheld the decision of the Listing Committee to cancel the Company’s listing status. Accordingly, the Exchange will cancel the listing status of the Company effective from 9:00 a.m. on January 27, 2026.

The Exchange has requested the Company to publish an announcement regarding the cancellation of its listing status.

The Exchange advises that shareholders of the Company who have any questions regarding the implications of the delisting should seek appropriate professional advice
