# Ministry of Commerce: Strive to exceed 300 billion yuan in total output value of national silk and cocoon by 2028

This year's No. 1 Central Document has for the first time included the silk cocoon and silk industry as a key focus, sending a clear signal to promote the quality and upgrading of traditional advantageous industries.
