越秀地產 (00123.HK) 公佈，附屬杭州越嘉向濱江集團 (002244.SZ) 收購杭州濱灣 35.35% 權益，總代價 6 億人民幣，包括股權轉讓代價 2.83 億人民幣、應付利息 164 萬人民幣，以及按持股比例提供股東貸款 3.16 億人民幣，將以內部資源撥付。

杭州濱灣持有位於杭州市蕭山區，總地盤面積 28,869 平方米的地塊，將發展作住宅用途出售。
